Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn (Niblets)
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder (fresh)
1 and 1/4 cup flour (1 and 1/2 if sloppy)

Heat 2-3" deep of oil to HOT.

Mix ingredients.

Spoon small tablespoon of dough into hot oil; cook until browned, then turn out onto paper towel to absorb oil.

Serve in bowls with maple syrup!
